So, this year has not turned out as I imagined. I had so many plans in the New Year, and then end of January my husband came home from work extremely upset due to something he had worked so hard for that suddenly was not happening. He started looking for a new job in a new place. I did not expect anything to come of it, I thought it was something he had to go through to get rid of his frustration, but it turned out he found a new job that made him very excited. He went on an interview and it made him even more excited.

Of course, he would not have accepted the job if I had said No, I do not want to move as I love where I am (which is true), but the truth is that I can work anywhere, and I want my husband to be happy in his job as it is who he is. So, I said that if it is what he wants, to go for it and we will figure things out. He accepted the job, with a start date of early June, and we planned to move in 3rd week of May, but we simply could not find a house to rent. He rented a room, went and started working and it was a good way for him to figure out if it is what he wanted. Turns out he loves it…so we have been looking for a house until the other week when we finally found one.

I am now in the process of updating my website and social media, going through and packing all my crafting items, books and jewellery tools, stones and other items to go with my business. On top of that I am going through all the photos to do with my jewellery as I have sooo many, most of which are not very good if I am honest.
