So, I have settled into our temporary home here in Isle of Man. I have done one craft fair in Braddan at the Salvation Army. It was lovely, and as a bonus we had an hour long concert from a children’s choir. I met some very friendly people, and I am so glad I was brave to get out there just a month after moving here.

Saturday 14th I was at Erin Art Centre Christmas Market, and it was so lovely to meet even more crafty talented people as well as wonderful locals that made me feel very much welcomed to the community.

I have not booked any further Christmas markets simply because of timing. I could not book anything until I had actually moved here, and by then most were fully booked.

I will look out for markets around the island in the New Year. I am also looking for workshop spaces so I can teach some macrame bracelets and possibly even how to set stones/crystals into a pendant. Of course I cannot plan workshops without thinking about wire weaving which I absolutely love:)
